Ensure your items are unworn, in original condition, and within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your boots in their original shoebox and outer packaging, then attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box.
Refund or Exchange Process
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5 business days.
